The east coast will always be home but here are my top 5 reasons why I love being a Texas Girl!

1. The weather is great! I spend most of my days shoveling out sunshine ☀️ instead of snow.

2. The BBQ and food here is amazing. I don’t eat red meat (just chicken, turkey and fish) but the way it falls off the bone is just mouthwatering, even for me.

4. Always something to do here from hiking, kayaking, or just enjoying the nice views. Some of the best chefs, restaurants and bars, can’t forget about outdoor festivals and events like SXSW.

5. People are so nice here! Austin especially is really artistic and creative but overall Southern hospitality to the max.
