It takes 21 days to make a habit and 90 days to make it a permanent lifestyle change.

After having surgery on my metatarsal I played it safe and didn’t go running at all.

This year has been life changing for me. I loss 10lbs running on the treadmill and it transformed my mindset.

What I learned about myself is that I’m capable of leaving my comfort zone.

I’ve decided to keep going and incorporate more workouts.

Brittne from @brittnebabe is a hometown (New Jersey) hero! Her workout videos are unique and fun. She even has meal planning to fit your lifestyle and goals.
